  • It will depend on your BMI and % fat... I didn't realize there were any desireable diet pills on the market.

  • I think all the doctore are all stupid all they'll tell u is to get on a strict diet they wont let u take diet pills or any liquid diet supplement, they want u to lose it the hard way. but when u get sick they want to prescribe u all kinds of medication so they can get some profit! i'm 5'2 and weigh 145 and i had asked my obgyn after i had my son if i can take anything to lose weight and he said just diet and exercise and then i asked my other doctor that injected me iron shots and he said the samething.

  • Look up Bariatric Doctors in your area or near your area anonymous #2. They are more likely to prescribe them because they are specially for that type of thing.

  • Hunny prescription weight loss pills are for people who need to lose a lot more than 20 or 30 pounds.... plus they are very dangerous. Try taking some over the counter pills if you need an appetite suppressant. Healthy diet and exercise are the best thing for you right now.... because you'll likely lose the weight and KEEP it off. Just work your ass off, that should do it... and you'll feel better about it in the end and maybe even change some bad habits in the process.

  • As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I would advise you to talk to your doctor about creating a program. You honestly aren't that over weight, and it would be easy for you to lose the weight if given the right program. My guess is you only need to lose 15 pounds, I'm 5'4 myself and weigh 105- I can't get weight to come on no matter how hard I try... if you ever need tips I'm here.

  • I know you don't want to hear it, but pills won't work. You need to eat healthy and exercise. Try the South Beach Diet. It works and the food is GOOD!
