Just about anything works, like pasta, lasagna, enchiladas, or anything of the sort.
There is a great oven BBQ chicken recipe I use all the time.
Just get chicken parts (like wings, drumsticks, thighs) and arrange them either on a foil lined pyrex rectangle pan or foil lined cookie sheet. The foil helps make it easier to clean up and leaves less baked-on stuff when you're finished cooking. Use cooking spray to prevent sticking. Season your chicken with a little garlic powder, salt and pepper. Then pour a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce on the chicken and make sure it's generously coated. Pop it in the oven at 400º for 45-60 minutes, add some instant mashed potatoes and a salad and POOF, you got a meal! I like to put the oven on "broil" for 3 minutes to make the skin crispy.
Very filling and satisfying too!
