Yep, everyone who posted is right, just be sure that you reduce the alcohol at least a little. Ethanol has a very low boiling point, and evaporates when you cook it leaving the delicious flavors of the grapes, or grain that the alcohol was fermented with, so be sure you use good stuff to get the best flavor.
