Okay, I'm well aware that binge drinking is a no-no when pregnant. That's definitely filed in the "no-duh" section of my brain! But what about one or two drinks around the holidays? I'm talking about wine, champagne, etc. - not taking shots of liqour!
I've heard and read conflicting opinions on this matter, and I was curious what others have heard or what others have done. I will personally admit that I have had three glasses of wine TOTAL since I've been pregnant.

While a small amount of wine or something probably won't hurt the baby (especially if you're past the first trimester), there's no indication of how much alohol consumption is too much. Since we don't know that, most doctors will tell you to stay away completely.
And the red wine thing is a general health benefit throughout your life; it can help your heart and lower your blood pressure if you drink a couple of ounces every day (not during pregnancy).

Next question in Pregnancy
I had a VERY faint line on my test! Am I pregnant or not?
Next question overall
What should I do if my baby doesn't like her car seat?
