  • Hey there - I have an easy shepherds pie recipe
brown 2 lbs ground beef and drain (I add minced garlic and chopped onions and italian seasoning while cooking)
put it in a 9 x 13 baking dish (sprayed w/ cooking spray)
cover w/ 1 bag frozen peas and carrots
cover that with 2 jars beef gravy (or make gravy from packets)
cover that with mashed potatoes (we use the four cheese instant that we get from Aldi's - you'll need to make both packets).
Put it in the over 350 for about half an hour. You may want to nuke the peas and carrots first. Pull it out when the potatos start to brown (sometimes I stir in two beaten eggs into the cooked potatos first before layering. It helps them brown up nicely).

  • brown ground beef in a pan and make mashed potatoes in another. Then in a casserole dish, spread out 1 can of regular corn and 1 can of cream corn, then spread out the hamburg on top, and the mashed potatoes on top of that and bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour to 45 min.

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef (or brown ground beef or turkey and drain fat)
    1 small chopped onion
    ½ tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cheese soup
    1 (16oz) pkg tater tots

Heat oven to 375°. Mix beef, onion, salt, and pepper in ungreased 2 qt casserole. Arrange vegetables on meat. Pour soup over, cover with tater tots. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until potatoes are golden brown.

  • Go to Kraftfoods.com and you can get free recipes and they send you magazines full of recipes a couple of times a year. Both of those recipes are in the last one I got.
