How can I cook ground beef?

and chicken breast?
Ideas please....with recipes if possible...thanks so much

    you should try ground pork.. tastes way better than beef :D

  • ground beef- you can bbq it, bake it in the oven, fry it in a frying pan, and I have herd you can boil it too.
    Chicken breast can be bbqed, baked in the oven, fryed in a frying pan and boiled too

  • For ground beef, I do meatloaf ( but add Italian sausage to it as well), taco's, enchiladas, chili, put taco seasoning in it and add it too omelettes in the morning.

    We eat a lot of chicken in our house, so I often uses sauces. I like roasting and using a cracked peppercorn sauce. I do hollandaise sauce.
    I do a dish with chicken where I coat it in chili powder and honey mustard and bake, then when it's almost done, top with bacon and sauteed mushrooms and your favorite cheese.
    You can also do stuffed chicken breasts, chicken enchiladas, Parmesan chicken.
