I have bad acne and just recently went to the dermatologist. Anyways, whenever I go out I want to cover it up with makeup so that you can't see it as well, but I'm not sure what to use. I don't wear makeup when I'm around the house, just whenever I go out to the grocery store or something like that. Any advice on how to cover it up as good as possible is appreciated! Thanks.

If you’ve decided to use makeup to cover your acne, be sure to stay away from products that are comedogenic (products that actually clog pores and cause acne!). These products add oils to your , causing further and often more severe breakouts and irritation. Instead, use non-comedogenic products which do not contain oil and won’t clog pores. If you have had a history of problem skin, it is often wise to select makeup that is light, non-greasy, and non-comedogenic. There are numerous foundations and powders available for sensitive skin that fall into this category.
