  • I just posted appetizer and cookie recipes from our Christmas party last night on my blog. You're welcome to take a look there! All of them are very easy, and quick too.

  • I made a rice dish, very simple. Not sure if I would call it a snack. If you have a rice cooker, it is super simple and fast. Add the amount of rice you want and use chicken broth instead of water. While the rice is cooking, take one Spanish onion, minced and saute it in about 2 tablespoons of butter on medium until soft (about 4 minutes). Add salt and pepper to taste. After sauteing the onion, add one can of drained corn and one can of drained peas until heated. Mix with rice when ready.

and instead of using a typical hershey milk choc kiss you can use different kids of Hershey kises like green and red swirly kinds for christmas theme.. they are easy also!

  • I make wedding cookies. They are really easy--butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, flour. Just mix them together and bake for 10 minutes. Then you just roll in more powdered sugar. Super easy and quick. Good Luck!!
