How can I tell if I'm having implantation bleeding or a miscarriage?

I just found out I was Prego about 1 week ago. I have been Prego for about one month. I don’t drink, smoke, pills nothing. I started bleeding/lots of clots for 3 days now. I’m also rh-. I never got the shot with my first baby but when do you need the shot by? I just got the shot yesterday they say I’m around one month my level is 323. I’m still bleeding not heavy just lots of clots. I’m so scared I have had a miscarriage. I feel like I would have a hard time dealing with this my husband and I were so exited. I can’t get the results until Tuesday. Any similar story’s good or bad? Please be honest. I to prepare myself. Sorry I know this is a difficult subject

  • Go to the emergency room! Implantation bleeding would occur before you knew you were pregnant!

  • What results can't you get unitl next week and why have'nt you gone to the hospital or doctor yet? Implantation bleeding as far as I was awre was ussually along the lines of spotting to a light light flow. Please call your OB and explain what's going on!

  • Worrying is just going to make things worse. If you are miscarrying there is nothing that you can do at this point. You can not control what is going to happen except maybe take it easy. I also bleed my last pregnancy for the first three months. I was in the emergency room twice. All you can do is wait it out. Everything turned out fine for me. I know someone telling you to stop thinking about it is easier said then done but take it from someone who has been through it. My first pregnancy was so simple but my second was one problem after another and if you start worrying now you will drive yourself nuts. Try to keep yourself busy until you receive the results.

  • When I had my miscarriages early on my pregnancy symptoms seemed to disappear as soon as the bleeding started. Mine also weren't much heavier than a normal period. I spotted with my second son and it was different.. It was dark maroon blood ( old blood) and not very much, it occured weeks 10-13 but I still had my symptoms. ANY time you are bleeding during a pregnancy it is considered "threatened miscarriage"... you should call your OB if you haven't already.

  • every time I started spotting while pregnant I miscarried. I had a miscarriage 6 months ago at 6 weeks pregnant it start as spotting brown here and there then a few days later it turned bright red and it was like the flow of a period. Right now I am miscarring since monday august 9. I was 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I have a discharge that started out yelllow then turned to golden yellow ( i was think maybe i had an infection) then it turned orange later it turned brown then I had pink on toliet paper when I went to the bathroom. I went to the er did blood work and ultrasound and found out I lost the pregnancy.
Some woman can spot during pregnancy and have healthy babies, so just cause your spotting doesnt mean your miscarring. I wish you the best of luck and hope you have a good healthy pregnancy and baby.
