  • It depends on how you look at it. I ovulate about 2 weeks after my period starts. Some people turn it around and think they ovulate about 2 weeks before their period starts.

  • you ovulate approx 2 weeks before the first day of your period.....think about it this way, if you have a "normal" 28 day cycle then there are 4 weeks in your cycle...a week after your period STARTS is the first day of the cycle. near the end of the second week of the cycle you ovulate....then there are two more weeks, with your period being near the end of the last week...but everybody vaires a bit, especially if your cycle is irregular....use an ovulation kit if you ant to be sure....start testing about a week to a week 1/2 after your period ends

  • The first day of your period is day 1 of your cycle. Most women ovulate around day 14.
If you have a regular cycle, you can find out your exact day by making a temperature chart. You will need a basal thermometer - you can find them in most stores. Take your temperature first thing in the morning before sitting up or getting out of bed. Plot your temperature. After a couple of months, you will see the trend of when your temperature spikes each month.

  • Ovulation is your egg in your uterus, if the egg is not fertilized then you get your period.
I can feel it when I ovulate, I get very weak cramps and gas sometimes.
I can also tell when my period is coming 1-2 days before hand because I will start to get a little but of gas and crams, or the runs, but only vert slightly.
