  • See a physician to rule out physical causes for your symptoms. Find a counselor to talk to about what you are feelings and how you are behaving. Both stradegies will yield the best results. If you need medication to get over the hump, consider it. I know many women don't want to get on medication but I have been one to do so because I want to get healthy as soon as possible and it has helped me feel better while I have worked on emotional issues. Of course, you will need to decide for yourself. That is my experience only.

  • Are you feeling depressed? Like nothing is good to you?? Like you are having bad thoughts and stuff?? Things of that sort are signs. Id definitely talk to your doc about it.

  • Crying a lot is probably a big sign that you have it. I think I had it because I cried a lot about stupid things and sometimes for no reason at all really. But it passed it just took a couple months, but if you are having bad thoughts you definitly need to get in contact with your doctor.
