Commission Plan Please ***Note the Changes

DiamondCreek Candles has now officially implemented the 2010 Commission Changes. All Accounts will be adjusted to reflect the new commission structure based on the plan you joined. There is no longer a Free Affiliate program or a Free 30 Day Trial. All consultants who join as of Jan 1, will have to choose one of the 3 monthly plans.



Silver Plan Payouts for commissions are as follows:

3 Levels
10% Level 1
5%  Level 2
3% Level 3

25% off shopping discount on products.

Gold and Platinum No Changes 6 Levels

20% Level 1 
10% Level 2
2%  
Level 3
2%   Level 4
5%   Level 5
2%   Level 6

40% and 50% off shopping areas

If you have not yet updated your back office with you account details for commissions.. please do this at your earliest to be sure you get paid out. There are many of you that have not yet provided the information within your back offices.

For those of you who were upsetted by this or are wondering WHY....here's what the owners sent me:

"We were going to simply do away with the Silver Plan all together because out of our Consultant base there are only 14 people that are on the Silver Plan. The Gold Plan is what all of the Consultants are on because of the 40% and 50% off websites. On the Platinum Plan.. 6 Consultants so in all reality this change will only effect the FREE in which there just sitting there and 14 of the Silvers.

Jodie didn't want to completely do away with it and just lowered commissions on it because out of the 14 that are on the silver there are only 2 that are active with emails and the boards.

The Free Program is a new program because we have not been deleting Free Trials as we have been putting them into the Free Program. The reason for the low commissions on the Free is because more then half of these people on free have never even logged into their back offices. We don't mind them being here but if they are not working the business they
will just remain there and receive the specials/emails and in hopes maybe will become active with us.

We have no minimums in place here.. we have no quotas in place here. We have Great prices and Great buy 1 get 1 free specials all of the time. Best of luck to all that decide to leave us because as I said this will only effect 14 Silvers and a ton of Free that are not working the business anyways.

With alot of the other programs they are mostly 2 levels because Paypal will not allow anymore then 2 level payout. We really go over backwards for so many of you with renewals. We are very easy going and most our consultants know this. We know everyone wants to make money but in the same sense these people have to work the business.

 Amy, I happened to be on the candleboard when Jodie posted this, and I got an email from her right away that said the same (like what you've posted, without the pretty colors ;) )

My question is: did they send it out to everyone involved with DCC or do I have to send this to my downline?  As far as I know they are all still on their free trial, so this concerns them directly.  I did send an email out to them, notifying them that some changes had been made, and to let me know if they hadn't received the email.  So far two have told me that they haven't, but a lot of my downline don't contact me much, so I don't know if these two just got lost in the cracks or if I should forward it to my whole team.

Also, I'm confused about the free program thing... does this mean that we're replacing the free trial with a free consultant package?

I believe it was sent to all consultants, but you can email it to your downline just to be safe....incase the email got lost or something.

no, there is now a FREE affiliate program along with the free trial. People can choose to remain free affiliates after their free trial, or choose from the 3 plans, or cancel.

I am going to take a guess here and say this did not go out to all of the members because I did not receive this email from either Jodie, Ken, my sponsor, or anyone else. Of course, like it was mentioned, things could have been lost in email transit. I found out about the changes when I was signed into the yahoo group and immediately emailed all of the ladies in my downline the info.

i have not received not one email fron dcc about changes or promotions, nothing and i am a consultant., why? do we have to look it up some where on our consultant page? would like to receive these emails, instead of having to hunt them down.

your sponsor, Deborah Walstad, should have sent them to you, when you joined. But you joined in 2009, after the change was made.  And I do believe this particular email change was sent to every consultant...when they changed it. But usually what happens is, DCC headquarters sends these notices to the team leaders, and they are to pass them down and every sponsor is to send them down to their downline. If for some reason your sponsor isn't keeping in touch with you, let me know and we can fix it so you get all the notices you need to help you with your business.
