For the old version of photobucket:
You can either click on the tag then right click and save or hover over the tag then file and download. This will save your tag directly to your download folder.
New version of photobucket:
Click on your tag go over to options and download
OR
You can copy the image URL and paste it in a new tab of your browser and save it from there

also on some computers you can drag the picture staright to your desktop that what i did lol
