Are you potty training a toddler plus taking care of an infant?

I was. It was not easy. My 3 y/o was being potty trained. He was giving us such a hard time about it. I figured he would do it in his own time (we had been trying for 6 months). One day he just deciced to do it and that was that. So strange b/c with my oldest (who also trained when my middel guy was an infant) it was a real struggle and he didn't train fully until he was 4.5!

LOL...so glad I am not in those stages right now.  Twins are enough for me!  :)

I started potty training a toddler and an infant at pretty much the same time. DS was 23 months, and once he mostly had it, 2 months later, I started DD with potty learning. At 5 months old. Very gently, of course. Now at 11 months, she uses the potty at least as often as she uses her diaper! The worst was when I was potty training DS, though, and he always needed to go when I was nursing DD. GRRR. Come to think of it, I was potty training DS1 when DS2 was 5 months, and he always needed to go when I was giving a bottle. I was a bad, bad, mommy and propped the bottle in that case (he was still right next to me, though). Why does that happen, anyway, lol.

I have been there and would not wish it on my worst enemy.

My youngest 2 are just 12 months apart.  Fortunately the older one was easy to potty train, he was pretty good by 26 months, now I have to start one the younger one.  She's 26 months now and she is something else!  lol
