How concerned are you about obesity?

I make sure all my kids stay active and try to limit the snacks.  I do think it is somewhat genetic.

My kids are active and they eat healthy (especially snacks). So I don't worry about them. I am very aware of nutrition and exercise and it's importance. I know that the key is education for parents and children.

I personally am very concerned and disgusted that it is almost accepted as normal. My kids eat well and often, and are active. All I can do is the best for my kids, and pray for the others I guess.

I agree there are things that are genetics, but come on, take some personal responsibility folks.
