Welcome to Gospel Grooves.  The place to hang out and talk  about all that's going on in the modern urban gospel world.  We're all here because we love rhythmic beats that make you get outta your seat backed by meaningful messages to uplift and exhort.

We are so glad you found your way over to our spot.  We hope to grow a great group of women who will connect over their common bond.  Take some time and introduce yourself, tell us anything you would like us to know about you!

Here's some stuff we got goin' on:

Listen and rate the song, our Love it or Hate it Directory

A must watch: The power of music on a person's mind and the effectiveness of Christian Rap

List your favorite artists here.

Want to tell your friends about your new group?  Here's your chance.

There is even a Bible Study you are welcome to participate in with us.  Here's some information on it.

Also, we have a Thank God it's Praise Friday (TGIPF) where we give thanks and praise to God for at least one thing that has happened earlier in the week.

The "30 day" option is active for this group.  Meaning that if you don't stop in at least once every thirty days and check out what's going on, you might not be  apart of the group any longer.  This allows us to get to know each other.  Not just be a group of ladies with a common interest, but to get to know each other, build bonds and have friendships with one another.  Hope you stick around!

It looks like once again, I'm the elder stateswoman of the group LOL!

I'm Marsha, been married for almost 21 years, and have a 20 y.o. daughter, and a 19 y.o. son.  I've been into contemporary gospels ever since The Winans album "Decisions" and my father yelled at me for listening to that worldly music!

My favorite artists are Kirk Franklin (seen him in concert twice, what an experience!), Tye Tribbett and J. Moss!

w00t!  w00t!  Marsha's in the Houuuuse!  Welcome, are feeling any better yet?

Oooh, and I LOVE me some Tye Tribbett!!

I'm starting to feel better.  I was starting to sleep better until everything happened with Grandma.  Hopefully, that will get back to as "normal" as life in this house can be!

Just sitting here listening to "We Must Praise".

  • Hello. My name Pamela. Thanks for the Welcome. I am a 50 year old mother of 3 beautiful daughters and a proud grandparent of 10 grandchildren. I  enjoy Contemporary Gospel and also Gospel Rap. I play for two Church Youth Choirs and a Male Chorus. I play by ear. Looking back over my life, I realize that God had a plan for me to play for Him since I was a little girl. I enjoy playing. I enjoy listening to Kirk Franklin, Mary, Mary,.. Fred Hammond, Vickie  & Ce-Ce Winans, Youth for Christ and many more. I strongly agree that not only do  we do have to reach the youth today, but also others, young and old and bring them to Christ by any means necessary as long as it is pleasing and righteous in the sight of God. I believe that music is a Ministry in itself. I love to see my choirs rocking and Praising God through Worship and Praise. I Thank God for using me and Blessing me with the sound ouf MUSIC!
