I'm beyond over the bacon-product hype.
Bacon lube, bacon lattes, and bacon air fresheners, no thanks. But that
doesn't mean bacon itself should be blamed, because it -- when used for
good purposes -- is GOOD. And cinnamon rolls are one of those good purposes.
They are a perfect decadent brunch treat, and I love making them when we have overnight guests. The smoky flavor of bacon combined with a sweet, gooey roll, makes for one marvelous morning. Add fruit and coffee, and the meal is complete.

Bacon Cinnamon Rolls
- 1/2 lb bacon, cooked crisp crumbled
- 1 cup pecans
- 24 refrigerated biscuits
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
