Im a bitch that can find you
When at a friends house, fine. Out and about driving not until 18 since that is the rule here for your license and there is curfew's anyway in our town.
During the week, home and in bed by 9:30 except for very few expceptions.
Jenn has a driving curfew for the first year of having her license. 10:30pm Sun-Thurs,and 11:30 Fri and Sat. If she is not driving, I want her home by 11:30 anyway. It's getting too hard for me to stay up till she gets home.
I think it really depends on the child and the situation. My DD's curfew has been Midnight on the weekend since she got her full license at 16 1/2. She is extremely responsible and a great driver. My DS is about to turn 16 and I can't even begin to think about when I'll let him stay out that late if he is driving.
Hard to say. It depends on the event/activity. I'm not big on curfews. I see it as saying "Go out and do whatever, as long as you are home by Midnight". I prefer to set the curfew to the outing. If they go to a 10 pm movie, they won't be home until after midnight....it just depends on where they are and what they are doing...
Same here only state curfews stop when they are 19. Not sure why but that is how they are wrote.
Quoting rkoloms:At our house, we follow the city's guidelines. When Alyssa is 18, and exempt from curfew laws, then she will follow our house rules, or move.
