Whats for dinner 2/15/2012?

Wednesday's are my late night class (I won't get home until after 10 pm)

So the 17 yr old is in charge of his and DH's dinner. (The girls eat at school tonight)

John is making chili burgers, mac n cheese, and anything else he wants.

So I made and am taking 2 chicken noodle casseroles for the study group pot luck tonight. I'm lucky to find this group ~ someone brings a meal (we rotate whose turn it is to cook), and we help each other with homework if its needed.

Baked Chicken Tenders with a couple of homemade sauces for dipping-- I think I'm going to make Peanut Sauce and Curried Sour Cream Apple Sauce, although my kids will probably make a beeline for the leftover fast-food "Cane's Sauce" left in the fridge...

I don't know yet but thank god for this thread, I hope it's a regular. Dinner for kids and DH is my biggest stressor in life. If I suggest anything I get a "no" from DD and sometimes DH. SS gives no suggestion ever one way or other.  So I'm thinking of saying if I don't have a text by 4:00 with a request it's all my decision and no negative comments allowed!

I hate that. I give them 2 choices and go with which ever I like and if someone complains~ they get the stress of planning dinner for a week and fixing that weeks menu. my teens and hubby have learned give me a clue what you want to eat cause I'll make something I love and they don't just because I can.

Tonite is one of my DH's 2 nts a week to cook. Cook always chooses whats on the menu.  We had cajan catfish with sauteed carrots and brocolli, pears for dessert.
