How do you feel about step parents and disipline?

I really just need opinions on this area, cause I'm getting married to BF and sometimes there are problems encountered when he corrects my 13 yr old.  Yes she is manipulative and will do anything to get her way.  But hell she is a teen what do you expect? lol

It is his house too and he feels he has every right to correct her.

He verbally corrects her but sometimes I feel he is intimidating!

Absolutely, you should not be marrying someone that you are already hiding things from.  You need to be on the same page about disciplining and raising your daughter!
