Did you go to the same school as your parents?

My husband grew up in a fairly small city.  He and his siblings went to the same High School as his Mother.   His sister's kids went to the same school, as well.  Three generations in the same school.

My sister's children went to the same high school as she did, as well.

How about you?

Yes, I attended the same high school my dad graduated from.  My mom went to the elementary and middle school here but they moved so she went to high school elsewhere.  My children are attending the same schools I attended.

Nope my mom went to school in Conn, my dad in MO and IL. I went to school in IL CA and Mo now my sister oldest graduated from the same hs we did.

Went to the same graduate school as my mom. My DD will be entering next yr the same parochial hs I went to, although for her it will be a co-ed experience. It'll be a fun dejavu for me.

Talk about a small world.   My son's kindergarten teacher had been my neice's very favorite teacher....in a town 3 hours away.   Not only did she remember my niece, but she pulled out an old school picture of her from her wallet.  She had been her favorite student.      My son terrorized her!

I am from Poland, but even there, my parents went to different schools than I.

No but my sister n I did. She is 17 yrs older than me. My nephew n his wife bought my childhood home n are now raising their 1 month old there. He has my room:)

No, though I grew up in the same city as my parents, the public schools which my parents had attended had declined so much in quality that my parents opted to send me and my sister to parochial schools instead.
