Feeling nastalgic

What is something that you enjoyed as a kid that your kids will never (or barely) experience?   because...

  • It no longer exists
  • Technology has improved so that it isn't really used anymore
  • It is now against the law
  • Parents just don't allow it anymore
  • ???

I don't know what nastalgic is...but, NOSTALGIC is a pretty neat feeling.

Family Sitcoms.... that the whole family could watch and enjoy.

The Cosby Show, Family Ties, Married with Children, Seinfeld

* I sure hope sitcoms make a comeback and reality TV goes away.... Modern Family and The Big Bang Theory are just about it for now.

My younger sister and I, and ages 9 and 12, riding our bikings to the community pool- alone.

Recording music off the radio- my all-time fave Christmas tape is a mixed tape.
