 at&t is going to disconnect my Internet that I canceled and haven't had all month if I don't pay for the service I didn't have LOL.

I canceled because of the poor customer service and lack of communication and they haven't realized  I don't have service and are still charging me so now they proved my point. 

They sent a letter threatening to cancel my service and a letter about getting  me connected back to my old service since u verse isn't available in my area LOL I think they need to communicate with each other.

right, AT&T i think is a rip off. ours would work for a week and then go out and then they would try to fix it over the phone which NEVER worked then I would have to wait a few days for some one to come out a LOOK aat it and never fix it then it woulwork aweek then break. I finally told them to shove their services lol
They were typically pretty rude on the phone too , I actually ended up getting into it with a guy on the phone because he was soo darn rude. Then after you get rid of them they wont leave you alone lol. We actually get calls from them atleast once amonth too lol

Call them up demand to talk to a manager if its a press 1 for this or 2 for this just hang on, tell them what you have been through just keep telling them how nuts u are with them if he wont help ask to speak to his manager, if that dont help call back everyday just to make them crazy, sorry u got crappy service, hugs

 I have spoke with over 48 people within a week and the supervisors are as stupid as the rest LOL so I went to the CEO and I am also filing with the BBB and consumer affairs just for a record to show what I have done.

that is true the internet from the did go out mre than we did lol... an thats pretty bad considering we go out once a week for date night lol

Yeah, AT&T is a den of thieves. I had a friend who used to work for it when it was SBC and she told me that when customers call in with specific problems, she and co-workers were forced to push DSL on the customers. If they did not, they would get written up and not receive bonuses.

It seems like all the cellphone companies have horrible service now. We have T-Mobile, and their customer service used to be good. Now it's horrible. We're probably going to switch when our contract is up, and we've been their customers for probably over a decade.

I get my internet through Century Link (formerly Qwest), and I get terrific customer service through them. We have VDSL in our area, and so it's as fast or faster than the cable service but much cheaper.
