Who taught you how to drive?
Drivers ed mostly - my dad was the only one with the car, and he rarely let me drive (heck, he was hardly ever at home). I was also in a pilot program that CA had at the time, where it was 20 hours behind the wheel. And it included things like learning to check the oil, add water, change a tire, change a windshield wiper. Great program really - then they tracked my driving record for 5 years til they ran out of money and dropped the program completely.
My grandma was the first to take me out and teach me, then I took drivers ed as an elective, after that it was a combination of my mom (in her big ass boat of a car) and my grandma.
I had drivers ed (just the class) in high school but not the behind the wheel training through school.
My mom and my best friend taught me how to drive.
