Whatever is served for snack at my preschool. I eat with the kids. I've lost 10 lbs eating 3 times a day with them.

Just kinda depends. Right now I'm eating a chicken biscuit from McD's, but I've been making hotcake muffins and reheating them, just didn't last night so I was in a pinch.

Usually some cereal straight out of the box for me, or an Eggo waffle.

Every other day I have 1-2 eggs. On days I'm running late for the office, I grab a hard boiled egg. Otherwise I make an omelet with some extra egg whites and a handful of spinach and crumbled goat cheese.

On the off days I have Trader Joe's uncured turkey bacon or soy sausages.

Sometimes I add a batch of Krusteaz nonfat blueberry muffins with some added greek yogurt and protein powder.

Me and the 16 y/o are really carb sensitive - we can't start our day with toast or cereal or we'll be sluggish and seeking carbs all day. Carbs are evil. It's impossible for me to keep carbs to 1/3 of my intake if I actually eat rice/potatoes/cereal/bread, because there are enough carbs just in 1-2 pieces of fruit and other non-starches in the day. And if I keep carbs to 1/3 of my calories, then I don't gain weight, don't carry weight around my middle, don't have cravings.
