CFL light bulbs?

Are those the swirly ones they say last 7 years?  If so, dislike because they don't last that long and cost too much.

like, now that their technology has improved over the last few years. I love the 3-way CFL bulb in my living room. The traditional 3-way bulbs were burning out every few months, and this one has lasted over a year now.

DISLIKE!!!

They take so long to get bright, they cause headaches in some people, they have mercury in them, and they are only made in China. Hmmmm. . . That last one does explain the first 3. . .

I like them with the other bulbs Iwas spending way more on replacing them every 2 months than I spent on the ones that I have been using for the past 3 years.

Like, only because they don't give off all the heat that regular bulbs do. I like bright light sometimes, and the higher watt regular bulbs can make me sweat. But I DON'T like the price.

HATE! Do you realize they are very very toxic if they break? U pretty much have to call the Hazmat team to clean up. And i hate anything to do with eco crap

No.   They give me terrible headaches.   I am photophobic (light sensitive) anyway, but those bulbs give me the most trouble.
