do your teens have a bed time?

How old and what is the bed time?

Is it strictly enforced or a guide line?

Is it different on the weekdays from the weekends?

Once my kids hit middle school (7th grade here) it was more of a guide line than anything.  And once in high school they were in charge.

By the time they are done with home work they are wiped out... I dont need to tell them it is late, they are exhausted.

No, once she hit about 8th grade same for my DS they use common sense. My DD knows she needs sleep to function, esp now during peek volleyball season. She's usually in bed on her own by 8:30 whenn she has a 6am practice.

My son is 13. Weeknight bedtime is 9:30, weekends usually around 10.

Weeknights, it's enforced most of the time. Weekends, not enforced too often, usually only if he has a busy day coming up.

Yes.

Im impressed they were able to get their homework done that quickly.  Mine are up way past that studying.

They go to sleep when they are finished with their home work. So it's usually past 11pm.

I don't have a bed time for them. They just have to be quiet after I put the little ones down. So no music or tv after 8pm

No, she's 18 and out of HS. She works evenings/nights at the restaurant so she goes to bed when she is ready to.

My boys are in elementary school and go to bed by 9pm, lights out by 930 during the week. They are allowed to stay up a little later on the weekend nights that their dad is home.

9pm and they are in middle school. I work early so staying up late doesn't work for me
