Pulled Pork is my favorite.     Toss a pork shoulder, some onion and garlic in the crock pot and pour rootbeer over it all.   Let it cook 10 hours, drain out most of the liquid, add BBQ sauce and let cook on low for another 30 minutes.     Pulled pork!

I made pulled pork for the first time. I saw on the internet that it called for root beer, but I didn't have any. I cooked it and poured the BBQ sauce over, I didn't let it cook any longer. Maybe next time I will do the root beer.  I also make roast all the time in the crock pot. I have never made it in the oven. I wouldn't know how.
