Do you or does your dh/so travel for work?

I do a few times a year, and so does he. We just make sure we work around each other.

DH is in the military so when he travels for work it's usually for weeks or months at a time for training.  Then there are the deployments which can be up to a year (or longer) long.  So in the traditional sense of traveling for work, no.  But he does have to leave sometimes.

It goes in spurts.Right now he is working on finishing up all the details on a contract in Qatar so he goes there fairly often...when the client calls ...It is due to start in Jan so next year doesn't look so traveling busy.

When my teens were babies and I also had a elementary and m.s. student plus their activities ,he was traveling a lot for several days at the time.He would call early in the evening before a dinner meeting to chat with the kids.Later around 10 or so he would call to chat with me AND WHINE it was boring.Finally I told him to just stop...I wanted boring LOL...
