- March 2

Get involved! NEA’s Read Across America Day is a nationwide reading celebration that takes place annually on March 2—Dr. Seuss’s birthday. Across the country, thousands of schools, libraries, and community centers participate by bringing together kids, teens, and books, and you can too!

What is your favorite Dr. Seuss book?

Fox in socks was my son's favorite when he was little. I must have read it a couple hundred times. He laughed so hard when I would mess up the words trying to read it fast.

Green Eggs and Ham, my DD's name is Samantha and would have me read that over and over again. To the point that I know most of the book by heart lol

My son liked Cat in the Hat better, but I would try to read Fox in the Sock really fast to him and to myself when I was a child. It's fun getting tongue-twisted from it! LOL
