Depends on the kids and the plans for the day.

I have always picked up my son/daughter from a friends' house after sleeping over around 1pm or 2pm the next day.   Some of the timing is based on the friends' family as well.  The latest I would pick my son/daughter up would be 5pm the following day because after that their friend and his/her family might be getting ready for dinner and I think it's best to have gone home before then.  There have been times that my daughter has stayed two nights in a row, but that usually is only with a very close friend of mine or a relative.
