Did you climb trees when you were a child? Did your children climb trees when they were younger?

I didn't, that I remember. If there had been big enough trees, or trees that were able to be climbed I have no doubt by DD would have been climbing them.

I didn't climb trees but LOVED to climb on jungle gyms and such. Which is ironic because now as an adult, I'm scared of heights.

My kids all climbed the tree in the backyard. Along with all their friends.

Yes and run all through the woods with my younger brothers, lol. My daughter was a tree climber, probably have not seen her do it in a while because we don't currently live where she can climb up a tree.

 Yes, I did climb trees : )

Our house before this on had a pine tree w/ perfect branches for a young boy learning how to climb. Dh wasn't too thrilled I was teaching ds1 how to climb it : )

I did, but my son didn't really. Different environments. I lived in OH until I was 7, and my son lived in Phoenix until he was almost 6. There aren't a lot of trees to climb in Phx like there are in OH.

I wasn't allowed to climb trees!    My sons climbed one tree in the neighborhood....the only tree that was climbable!

I didn't, some of my kids are part monkey the others are like me and prefer their feet firmly planted on the ground.
