How do I find a role model and mentor for my 16 year old son?

We are having a rough year. Oh, how I wish I had a brother right now!! My son's dad has not been in the picture for 2 years now. I know the rejection of that is really bothering him.

Try Big Brothers and the YMCA.  Church might have something, also.

Having the same problem with my 15 yr old. He has decided he wants to be a girl. He says he is gay. He is addicted to porn (not the gay ones) not that it matters and the harder I fight for him the farther he goes and now my mom has sided with him say "it's just a phase"? Get in the real world mom. I need help too!

JR Achievement, coaches.  Pastor.  School Officer.  Male figures YOU have male mentors in your life or past.  Some biz owners locally?

Just some initial ideas.
