Her scholarship is still on there. Hooray! Maybe since she did so much better 2nd semester they evaluate them on that??? Still cost us a fortune.

Glad to hear it.Every bit helps.

We have a major local university in our city. 5 total ,2 public ,3 private. This public universitie's tuition used to be in reach for a commuter. If someone worked 20 hours a week and full time in the summer and lived at home they could cover tuition, fees and books. Now that would be impossible unless they are getting paid well above minimum wage.

SMH it makes me said that even public universities have gotten so expensive.

Private whew ...our daughter is now attending private...it also irritates me that AMEX wont credit us with points if we use them to pay tuition and then pay that month.I want those points....

So true!   My son goes to a local public University, which used to be easily managed (tuition).   Now it is the most expensive in the state!!    I blame athletics.    It is a Pac 10 school, and the better the football team is....the higher the cost of tuition.....unless you are an athlete.

Awesome, every penny you don't have to put out is another penny in your pocket.
