No.   Mine don't say it because they're not allowed to -- if "ummm" or "like" slips out, they have to go back and repeat what they said correctly.   Because, as they get older, it WILL matter -- if their speech is crappy due to bad habits, it will affect what kinds of jobs they get, etc.

It's a fad, my little man runs around saying WHAAATTT in a crazy high pitch squeal, after EVERYTHING I say, lol! It's horrible!!!
