Each year on July 21, it is a celebration of the foods that everyone loves to snack on, it is National Junk Food Day. This day is about eating the foods that we generally try to avoid to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Junk foods are the foods that are high in fats, sugars, salt and calories and contain very little nutritional value.
