National Woman Road Warrior Day

Sept 19. A day of recognition for the nation’s traveling businesswomen. Like their male counterparts, Woman Road Warriors open and close deals, make sales, give presentations, attend or lead seminars and maintain that all-important in-person presence in the often impersonal corporate world. But simultaneously, many are often charged with keeping their families on track at home—especially their babies, toddlers and multitasking school-age children—and nurture them, even from a long distance. Annually, the third Monday in September.

Nothing further than within the metro where I work. I've never done overnight travel for work.

Yes, about 6 times a year, every few months. usually just to Portland only one state away or Socal where I have family so that's nice. This winter i have to travel to Chicago and Milwaukee in January not thrilled about that. I usually enjoy business trips now that my kids are older, when they were younger it was stressful. I make several short overnight trips to Seattle about 12 per year, but that is only an hour flight.
