I have actually never tried it.  Which is strange for me since I love cheese.

Love it.  I have the best brie recipe.

2 tbls of brown sugar, cut up macademias, and a slash or so of brandy.  Mix and set in fridge over night.

Put oven on broil at 500.  Pop brie in for 3 minutes or so to soften.  Add topping and pop in for 4 minutes or so till it starts to ooze and be bubbly.  Serve with crackers and or with apple and pear wedges with lemon juice on them.  I do crackers because it is easy.  I get rave reviews and request to bring it to pitch ins.
