Yes.  Birth of my children, my wedding, when my oldest got student of the year last year, when my younger DD sang a solo at a school concert.  I'm typically not a cryer but when it comes to my kids I am all mush lol.

Rarely.    The birth of each of my children.    When my child survived emergency surgery.

I can cry at pretty much every mushy tv show, movie or commercial, etc. but I rarely shed tears of happiness. The last time I teared up during an event was my dd's graduation~it happened when the principal's voice cracked during his speech about how special this class was because they were the pilot class for pretty much everything in the district to that point (full day kindergarten, our elementary school realignment, one to one computer implementation, etc).
