Did anyone's daughter have a nosegay(bouquet) for prom or a fall formal?

My daughter(16) is going to a fall formal and she wants a bouquet instead of a corsage but she doesn't know what to do with it after pictures.  Is she supposed to take it to dinner ( it's at a restaurant) or is it ok to leave it at home?  She hasn't gone to prom yet and she has only seen wrist corsages at this fall formal. Thanks.

Never, they all do wrist corsages only around here. I haven't seen nosegays since I was in school in the 70's.
That is the idea, nosegays get in the way and cost a ton too.

I've seen them in prom pictures. It is taken to dinner and sat on the table.

My oldest son 29 gave a few and my daughter 22,got a couple but for my teen boys they give wrist corsages.I think people got smart about nosegays.

My daughter and my older son's dates hauled them around with them. For some reason they were requested back then.
