Im not big on grand ideas... I think it is more reasonable to make a finite list of things to do.  Grand ideas are nice but if you have a list of things to accomplish you are more likely to do them.

I make a to do list each jan 1 and then DO IT.  I find it more reasonable then simply saying Im going to be happier this year... or some thing like that.
