My married name is Italian as they come. My maiden name was as German as they come, lol. Always had to spell my name and pronounce them.

This is possibly the most royal of all Spanish surnames, although it is of Germanic origins. Since the 5th century a.d. numerous Spanish kings have carried this famous name,

Oh my maiden name is so rare that my brother, cousin and uncles families are the only ones with that name in the US. There are some in France that moved from Germany. Not many those. One of the worlds most rare names for sure. IF my nephew does not have a boy the name will die in the US.

It's an Old English surname, from a place name in England, which in turn became the name of several places here in the States (after a President with the surname).

My maiden name could be Irish, Scottish, English or French (I think most likely Irish, since I know that's where my paternal grandfather's parents came from).  My married name is Yiddish. :)
