My boys are 16, 14 and 5 (our bonus baby). Does anyone else have a little one? It can be challenging at times; their interests are so different!

Not now ,my youngest tuns 16 on the 30th but he and my oldest are 13 years apart.29,23,17 and almost 16.I had major infertility issues so it took yeas and lots of medical help for my older 3....then at the age of 40 my surprise gift showed up the old fashioned way....  ; D

I got lucky.

14 yr old and 3 yr old sons. It can be quite challenging. Big bro plays excellently with lil bro , however, he's. " done " much faster that lil bro. Who then hangs on his doorknob if he leaves or tells at the door , sits in front it... Whatever it takes . Big bro is allowed to lock his door ONLY when he's about to gouge his ears out. ( heck there are times I want too, ya know ?). :-)

I say I'm actually raising two " only children " because of age difference and their completely opposite needs.... Yet they are also both the same as far as testing waters and fighting for that autonomy.

I do love to hear them giggle their heads off when they seem to " meet in the middle. " at age 8.

Mine are 19, 17, 14, 12 and 6.
My little struggle is keeping things age appropriate for my 6yr old, we also have our 20yr old DIL living with us, plus my 17yr old's friend stays a couple of nights a week due to his current family circumstances, so it's a very teen-dominant household. There are times when I have to point out that there is a 6yr old in the room. Terribly, though, sometimes I forget too.

Yes.

My oldest son is 15, and my youngest son is 5. It is challenging at times.

Yes. Our girls are 15 and 14 and the boys are 12 and 4. It's chaotic at times, but much easier compared to when the older three were all toddlers! We're actually contemplating one or two more in a year or so.

Wow. I'm definitely too old to have more. You must have started young!
