 I wouldn't say she's the one I respect the most (although I respect her a lot), but my fave quote is from Mother Teresa: “I know God won't give me anything I can't handle. I just wish he didn't trust me so much.”

There are many. Rosa Parks, Harriet Tubman just to name a couple. I don't think I could every pick just one because there are so many that were unique and important in their own special way.
