Some info:Daughter has said she is bisexual. She is going on 2nd year college ,away.
High honor student. Both of them.
They have met at museum a few tunes.
We are meeting her girlfriend tonight. She plans on sleeping over.
Does her door stay open or closed in your opinion.

Thanks for any insight to this untraveled road.

She's 19. They probably already did it. Let them sleep in the same room. Door can stay open as its your house but i would let them close it if they wanted private time. Again. She's an adult.

That's a tough one! I'm not sure how I'll cross that bridge with my kids, if I have to. I like think that my kids would all smart enough not to disrespect my home by having sex while they are visiting. I'm sure you feel the same way about your DD.

How long have they been together?

I would probably let them, but have a private chat with her first. I don't know...maybe? Ugh! LOL   Like I said, I don't have a clue.

They just met this summer. I've never met her.
DD has never had a SO over, ever.
I dated seriously at 27 yo., so this is new for me.
I'll speak to her privately.
Thank you .
I think sleep seperate . Til I speak to husband and hear any other thoughts.

My daughter's partner lives with us and they share a room, so I'm inclined to say door closed because they're adults, give them some privacy.
But then I don't have an issue with of age partners staying over.

I'd honestly let them based on the fact that they're being honest with you. I know my daughter wouldn't tell me and would just introduce her as a "friend".
