Trouble with porn, drinking and smoking.

I have a 16 y/o boy into all of this and sees no wrong in his actions. He has no respect for me or my position as his stepmom. No disipline works with him. What can I do?

Get his Bio parents to take responsibility. Most kids won't 'listen' to anything a step parent has to say. GL!

I remember these day with my brother...You and your hubby need to sit down and come up with a plan on how to take control before this gets way out of control..Because trust me it will and then you will have a huge problem and then police could become part of this if he hangs out with the wrong people.  Get some books on "TOUGH LOVE" AND "CO DEPENDANCY" Read these and try to follow them.  It will be hard but you and your hubby will have to stick to the program and hopefully your step son is not that far into it and will realize and turn his life around before its too late and your facing rehab programs.  GOOD LUCK

Family counseling may help. Your S/S May talk better  one on one and you and you DH seek counseling on your own.
