I am in charge of finances for our MOPS group. Just wondering if anyone out there shares my role. Maybe we could share ideas on how to keep things organized, etc.

Hi there I too am the finance chair for my MOPS group. I also am the fundraising chair and publicity chair for my group. I would love to share and swap ideas!! :O)

We kind of split up the finance role. We have a finance coordinator, but I am in charge of the registrations and membership stuff. I collect everyones money and keep my own record of it before passing it to the FC. That way we have two records of the incoming funds. I am also in charge of fundraising.
