Sydney, a 5 year old Kindergartener NEEDS OUR HELP!!!

I know this is unusual but this is a little girl that is on my daughters gymnastic team and she really NEEDS everyones help. Please pass this on to all that you know! Syd is a 5 years old  Kindergartener who was getting ready to advance to level 2 in gymnastics when her family found out that she had Leukemia. We thank you in advance for all of your help in spreading the word. Even if the numbers don't get matched up for Syd you or someone you know could help save another persons life!   :O)

Sydney Gavan has Biphenotypic Leukemia (Both AML & ALL types) which accounts for only 5% of all leukemia's. She has undergone Chemo but her blast percentage has gone up to 10% so she is no longer in remission. Sydney needs to have a transplant and as of April 27th out of all 6 million registered donors NOT ONE is a match for her.  This latest development is gut wrenching.

We need to spread the word to EVERYONE EVERYWHERE to please get on the National Bone Marrow Registry. Sydney has a couple of numbers that are hard to match and it is now more important than ever to get people tested and on the list.

The process of joining the registry is simple; a quick health questionnaire and a cheek swab is all it takes.
