Have any of you attempted to learn Arabic? I tried last summer (tried is the appropriate word) and had a very difficult time...just wondering if anybody else struggled the way I did?!?!
I've taken up to intermediate Arabic courses in university level. I love the language, but without anyone with whom to practice, it's difficult to learn. I've learned a lot, and I understand a lot when I hear it. I can read and write, also, but when I speak, I feel like I speak poorly.
Learning isn't so much of the issue, rather practicing it to keep it fresh and relevant.

Arabic, like any language must be practiced daily.Do I practice consistently, no.But, now my summer is more structured, I plan to practice more. I do enjoy learning Arabic
