Microwave Muffin Bread
1 pkg. (7 or 8 oz.) Muffin Mix (I use Jiffy Blueberry) 1 egg 1/3 cup milk
Mix all ingredients in a 2 qt. or 8x8 microwaveable dish. Microwave for 8 minutes. Let sit before cutting.
